Can I pay by credit card?

With our verified eWay payment gateway you can pay directly by Credit Card without leaving our website. Please Note: All Credit Card Information passing through Oracle Collection Servers are Encrypted by our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered.

Can I pay by PayPal?

If you have a Paypal Account and wish to use your Paypal funds to pay for your purchase then you can do so by our Paypal payment gateway. Select Paypal at Checkout and you will be transferred to the Paypal Payment Gateway interface where you will prompted to ENTER either your Paypal Account Details.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Oracle Collection will allow you to return an item within (7) seven days of the purchase date if you selected an incorrect item. The item must be in new condition with the tags attached and unused. Oracle Collection will not accept any items returned that have had the tags removed or have been clearly worn.

What if an item is defective?

All of our items are checked for faults prior to dispatch. Defective items must be returned to Oracle Collection within (7) seven days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available) or a credit note will be issued for the purchase cost of the particular item in question. Addresses for returns will be on your invoice and receipt which is shipped with your order.

Can I return an item purchased on ‘special’?

Please note: All advertised “Specials” cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or defective (for exchange only, there are no refunds), so please choose carefully!

Do I have to cover the cost of returning an item?

Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
